Nursing Services
Sub-acute rehab services at PioneerCare provide transitional care for a wide variety of needs, from assistance with daily living activities to therapy services. Each person’s care plan focuses on rehabilitation, restoration and recovery of strength and confidence.
Clinically, a care team of a physician, registered nurse, licensed practical nurses and aides keep a watchful eye on each of our residents. Among the many therapies provided at Pioneer, you will find access to these nursing services:
- IV therapy
- Short term total parenteral nutrition (TPN)
- Wound care
- Dialysis – peritoneal/hemo
- Trach cares and teaching
- Diabetes education and training
- Post operative surgical care
