[Effective March 22, 2021]
Indoor Visits at Pioneer Pointe Are Currently Available.
Planning Your Visit
To plan your visit, please read the following information and if you have questions, call 218-739-7721 or 218-739-7773. Reservations are required; it’s helpful to call ahead to ensure the tenant is available and prepared for your visit.
Number of Guests and Visit Length
Pioneer Pointe must limit the number of visitors in the building at any given time. Each tenant who is fully vaccinated may have up to 4 guests visit together. While unvaccinated tenants may have guests, they are limited to common areas. Pioneer Pointe can allow 5 tenants to host visits at the same time. Because of this, please keep your visit within a reasonable time period, so others have the same opportunity to visit with their loved one.
When you first arrive, you will need to prescreen, take your temperature, wear a well-fitting mask, and sanitize your hands at the lobby entrance. You will also need to sign in on the visitor log, record your name, time of arrival, and your phone number in case we need to reach you later. You will need to visit the pre-screening station and sign in for each day you visit.
Then, you should proceed directly to the tenant’s home and steer clear of other areas. Visits should occur within the tenant’s apartment. Otherwise, please practice physical distancing measures between yourself and other tenants and staff.
Coming and Going
Residents who are fully vaccinated may leave the building for medical and non-medical purposes without quarantining upon their return. Tenants who are new to Pioneer Pointe do not require quarantine. Tenants with a positive COVID test result or a high-risk exposure will still need to quarantine for 14 days.
Please see Protocols Shared by All Locations for more details.
