PioneerCare invites RNs and LPNs seeking a unique position in memory care to apply as Personnel Coordinator/Nurse at Pioneer Cottages.
The person in this role coordinates staff scheduling, communicates with resident family members, orders supplies, and performs other administrative duties. This person is also plays a key role for hiring and onboarding new staff and for continuing education and staff development.
We’re seeking those who have knowledge of geriatric assisted living policy and procedure; skills in researching, identifying and delivering staff education; keen ability for communication, time management, and prioritizing; basic proficiency with computer word processing and spreadsheet tools; and understanding of infection control practices.
The person in this position works primarily Monday-Friday and participates in on-call rotation including every third weekend. Applicants must have LPN or RN licensure in Minnesota.
