Assumes Leadership Role for Human Resources
The PioneerCare senior leadership team has a new member in Julie Nowacki, now serving as Human Resources Director.
Julie was chosen from a list of highly qualified candidates. She brings close to 29 years of experience in human resources leadership to her role at PioneerCare. Most recently, Julie served as Human Resources Manager with Promach, a manufacturing firm in Alexandria, Minnesota.

Julie will oversee the HR functions for all employees under the Pioneer corporate umbrella, including Pioneer Care Center, Pioneer Cottages Memory Care, Pioneer Pointe, and PioneerLink.
Julie resides in rural Battle Lake with her husband, Randy. Together they have two adult children, Raymond and Rachel.
