PioneerCare’s current referral bonus plan works like this: Encourage a friend to apply for an open part-time or full-time position at PioneerCare Center, Pioneer Cottages, or Pioneer Pointe and qualify for a generous finder’s fee: as much $3,000.00!
Non-Licensed Staff:
Part-time $750 – Full-time $1,500
You get 1/3 at 30 days, 1/3 at 90 days, 1/3 at 9 months
Licensed Staff:
Part-time $1,500 – Full-time $3,000
You get 1/3 at 30 days, 1/3 at 90 days, 1/3 at 9 months
All you need to qualify for your bonus is make sure the prospective employee mentions you by name on their application or in their interview when they’re asked if someone referred them to Pioneer.
