These professional direct care staff are often described as the “hearts and hands” carrying out our mission to provide quality care focused always on individual dignity and worth. Such a role will include assisting residents with cares based on each person’s needs. Tasks may include help with mobility, dining, dressing, bathing and grooming, and using the bathroom.
Nursing Assistants (CNAs) are certified by the State of Minnesota and work within our care center and assisted living settings. Caregivers are non-certified and may work in Pioneer Cottages assisted living or our Pioneer Pointe apartments for retirement living.
Work hours can be flexible with a combination of daytime, evening, and weekend shifts. When you apply, you’ll have the opportunity to let us know what kind of schedule best fits you.
