Applicants must be at least 16 years old, and be currently certified as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Minnesota. If you’re not certified, ask about our next CNA class provided free of charge to qualified candidates.

Does specializing in memory care appeal to you? Want to learn more about Alzheimer’s and other forms of memory loss?
We hire highly motivated and engaged Caregivers for our Pioneer Cottages in both Fergus Falls and Breckenridge, Minnesota.
Working here is almost like working at home. Each cottage is home for up to 18 people. As a Caregiver, you’ll help residents with personal care including dressing, mobility, medication, personal hygiene, dining, and occasional transportation to doctor appointments. We hire Caregivers for day, evening, and overnight shifts.
While CNA certification is ideal, we can provide training and help qualified candidates get certified.
You need to be at least 16 years old, have a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license to qualify. A sense of empathy for others, especially for individuals and families living with the effects of Alzheimer’s disease, is also important.

If providing a family environment by helping with daily living, cooking, and household tasks is something you enjoy, this position offers you a chance to work with an entire person-centered care team doing what you love. Visit with and develop relationships with residents, while doing work that is meaningful.
This position ensures a relaxing and positive dining experience for residents of Pioneer Care Center during their meal times with a positive and caring attitude.
Part-time pm positions available from 4 p.m. until duties are complete.
