Join us in either a direct care or food service role at PioneerCare Center and in addition to your pay and other benefits, sign up for PioneerCare’s Tuition Award Program. Get up to $5,000 in tuition paid to the college of your choice. Commit to a consistent schedule of at least six shifts each pay period and start banking towards your award. Here’s how it works:
For Nurses & CNAs
Work six scheduled full shifts in a pay period for three months and get a $2,500 tuition award
For Household Cooks & Dining Attendants
