PioneerCare Seeks Finance Director

PioneerCare, a successful and dynamic non-profit health care provider based in Fergus Falls, seeks a finance director. This position leads the organization’s fiscal functions in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and cost reimbursement principles relating to the health care industry and in keeping with PioneerCare’s goals and objectives.

The Finance Director works as a member of PioneerCare’s leadership team and acts as a role model within and outside PioneerCare. The position reports to the CEO and works closely with other staff leadership and business office personnel.

The successful candidate is an experienced leader and financial professional, preferably with health care experience. Selection criteria also includes the candidate’s ethical standards, technical and analytical ability, professional image and communication skills, ability to prioritize workload, sense of organizational vision, operational focus, and good judgement.

Applicants must hold a four-year business and/or accounting degree or have at least 3-5 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
