Powered by AMAC, a leader in 24/7 patient monitoring technology for over 25 years, PioneerLink® offers the Personal Emergency Response System (PERS).

The PioneerLink PERS provides enhanced independence and peace of mind by opening 24-hour access to medical and personal assistance.

With a simple touch of a button on the activator or home console, the user accesses immediate voice-to-voice communication with PioneerLink’s response center. The wireless activator is worn around the user’s wrist, neck, or on a belt clip. The home console is connected to an ordinary phone line.

PioneerLink staff work with the user and/or caregiver to develop an individualized response plan at the time of installation. The response plan will include protocol to enable PioneerLink response center staff to contact the appropriate responder for every condition: a family member, neighbor, home care provider or local emergency personnel.

With PioneerLink, users can remain independent at home, knowing that help is available at the touch of a button.
