The PioneerCare Adult Day Services Center provides social and health services to adults who need care in a safe place outside their home during the day.

Adult Day Services also affords caregivers short-term or periodic respite from the responsibilities of caregiving. Care and services are customized to meet the needs of each client.

PioneerCare Adult Day Services can provide transitional care and short-term rehabilitation following a hospital discharge. As a preferred platform for chronic disease management, adult day centers are an interactive, safe and secure environment for participants requiring supervised daily care.
