In 1981, Pioneer Retirement Community renovated former resident and staff rooms of the Pioneer building to transform them into Senior Living Apartments, known as Pioneer Main Apartments.

Pioneer recognized the need for an opportunity to serve seniors who were living independently, but could benefit from nursing care and meal assistance if needed. This type of housing also acts as a great source of socialization for those who want to live independently, but also want to take part in various activities and social outings.

Nursing services through our Home Care Service, housekeeping, laundry, meals, emergency call system, and the Care Center events are all available to tenants of Pioneer Main Apartments, making them an active part of our Pioneer Family.
