Administrative Assistant: Breckenridge

Pioneer Cottages in Breckenridge seeks a part time Administrative Assistant (24 hours/pay period) to manage scheduling and other office duties. This position also serves a caregiving role on an on-call rotation basis and as needed.

Appropriate candidates will be skilled in computer use and Windows software; telephone and general office equipment; be highly organized; and demonstrate strong customer service skills. Candidates should possess a strong ability to perform a variety of clerical duties; maintain confidentiality; understand and ensure compliance with related policies and regulations; be courteous; and communicate well with all residents, visitors and staff. Preferred candidates will have related office experience.
