The Activities Department at Pioneer plays yet another important role in the all around care of our residents. Activities allow residents to enjoy some of those things they were able to participate in while living independently. Activities also encourage residents to socialize with each other, which is a very important part of the overall care we give here at Pioneer
Each day at Pioneer Retirement Community is filled with a variety of activities. The Activities Staff works hard to implement enjoyable activities to meet a wide array of interests. Those activities may include entertainment, singing in the choir, bingo, or bible study. Special events are also a regular part of what the Activity staff does at Pioneer. From the 4th of July Family Picnic, to Apple Dumpling Days, there are special events planned on a regular basis for our residents to enjoy.
